The rates are in EURO (€) and include unlimited mileage and LDW.
The minimum rental period is
12 hours.
VAT of 20% is applicable.
Cars are equiped with A/C, R/C, power windows, central locking, power
steering, alarm etc.
Personal and Driving Requirements
Customer must present a driving licence for at least one year, a passport, a registered permanent address and a registered address in Bulgaria. Minimum age required is 21.
Third Party Liability
The rented vehicle is covered for third party liability in accordance with the Bulgarian law.
Liability of Renter
The liability of the Renter in case of damage or theft is limited to maximum 300 € for groups ECMN, CCMR, IDMR, IDAR, or 800 € for all other groups.
An additional fixed daily tax, if accepted, will cover completely the renter's liability.
The tax do not cover only damages underneath the vehicle as well as loss and/or damage of all removable parts - keys, documents, tires, rims, radio-cassete player.
One Way Rentals
This option is available only upon request at time of booking. It is applicable only between Tourist Service Rent-a-car offices in Bulgaria.
The charges are: Sofia - Plovdiv 30 €; Sofia -
Black Sea Area 60 €
Collection/Delivery Service
Upon a charge on 9 € we deliver/collect the car from any point into the city limits.
Airport Service Charge
5 € per rental, starting at the Airport.
Additional Driver Surcharge
3 € per day irrespective of the number of drivers
Gasoline and Refueling Charge
Gasoline consumption is payable by the renter. The missing fuel will be charged 1.25 € per litter at the end of the rental.

We welcome the following charge and credit cards: Eurocard/Mastercard, VISA. American Express, Diner's Club Internatinal.
Cash Payment
Cash rentals are possible under full personal identification and a deposit for car groups not bigger than IDAR.
